Frequently Asked Questions

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before your first appointment

Clear information to help you decide what to do next.

How do I request a session?

Visit the appointment page and send a brief inquiry. We will discuss suitability, availability, fees, and confirmation directly.

Who will I speak with?

Appointments are with Mohit Dabas, Psychologist at Clear Mind Clinic. Read the About page for an introduction.

Can I speak in Hindi or English?

Yes. Mention your preferred language when you get in touch.

What is the fee and session duration?

Ask for the current fee and duration when requesting an appointment. Both will be explained before you confirm or pay.

When do I pay?

Payment is required before the session to confirm your booking. Wait for verified appointment and payment details before sending a payment.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no fixed number that fits everyone. The plan depends on your needs, goals, suitability, and progress. No outcome or recovery deadline is guaranteed.

Are sessions confidential?

Confidentiality and its limits will be discussed at the start. Exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law or necessary for serious safety concerns. Read the Privacy Policy for website data handling.

Do I need a diagnosis before getting in touch?

No. You can ask whether an appointment is suitable without arriving with a diagnosis. Website content and videos cannot establish a diagnosis.

Do you prescribe medication?

No. Medication assessment and prescriptions require a qualified medical prescriber, such as a psychiatrist. Additional care or referral may be discussed where appropriate.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Contact Clear Mind Clinic as soon as possible. Ask for the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms before confirming your appointment.

Can I use WhatsApp for ongoing counseling questions?

Initial messages are for inquiries and appointment arrangements. Discuss between-session communication and its limits directly; do not assume messages are monitored continuously.

What if I need urgent help?

This is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or cannot stay safe, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an online reply.
